7. What we can do to stop bullying?
It is well depending on you, on how you see the bullying itself. To stop is a big word, but what we can do is to reducing the bullying in our surroundings. In my opinion, what you can do:
1. If you spot a bullying accident or event, don't act like a hero (to save the victim, duh!), but remind authorized adults around you (maybe teachers, your parents, headmaster, school security, etc.) , and tell'em about the event. Adults are the best expert to handle the problem and come to rescue.
2. Better to treat everyone with RESPECT! It means don't be rude to others!
3. Keep in mind that everyone is DIFFERENT! it means that people have their own personalities that we must learn on how we can handle them.
4. Oh yeah, if the victim of bullying wants to be friend with you, don't avoid or reject him/her. but, be friends with them. In fact, by doing it, you can help them (the victims) to know that there're people that STILL CARE for them.
5. Strengthen ye' faith! By praying, doing religious stuff (as long you're not preaching to the bullies heheeh), you can protect yourself from the forces of EVIL! (wait, i meant bullying),
If you are an active internet user, or a member of OSIS (School Council) or Students representative (a.k.a MPK,) you can make what we call 'movement' or a campaign to stop bullying at your school environment. Make a poster, a painting, or even a blog post, or even post it in your TimeLine! Spread the word of love and peace without bullying!
As I said above, that STOPPING is a BIG WORD. but by doing the things i've recommend you, or other good stuffs you've obtained from internet or other sources, and by doing it together, we can reduce the bullying itself, and by reducing a lot, we can eventually stop and eradicate it!

Bullying to me is something that happens when there is someone whom is having issues and doesn’t know how to showcase them. The bullies I’ve known have deep rooted issues with self esteem or have suffered abuse so they decide to inflict that same pain on others for a moment of gratification. I don’ t think that all bullies are bad, I think they feel like no one wants to take the time to really get to know what the root issue is with them in order to provide them with the sufficient help to help them get beyond what’s occurring to them.

Yes, it should. The bullying should be a punishable crime in order to make the perpetrator deterrent and stop do it. This is a serious case and we should stop it as soon as possible. So, there are no more victims who become mentally ill and even commit suicide.

Yes. Physical bullying tends to leave a visible scar but with the right treatment, it should be easier to overcome the pain. Cyber bullying leaves an invisible scar.
